Cannot understand =.=??

I don't understand why a person with so call good programming skills but very bad attitude can be in promotion list. This person has very very bad attitude. He can just don't go work without informing his supervisor & not answering any call. On the other day, he gave a lame excuse that he left his phone charger at hometown but he woke up at 3pm (You see, if you know you need to work on next day, will you sleep until 3pm?) & found out that his phone already out of battery, so he went back hometown to get his charger. Wow... What a so call "pro" worker.

Moreover, he looks down on his junior (I wonder this attitude suitable to be a leader & his team will listen to him or not). He only respects those he think is senior. =.= ..... In fact, except those senior, others in team do not like him cause that so call pro worker can simply just order (with very harsh, impolite tone) us to help him. (Yes, you didn't see wrongly, is "HELP" him). None of us like to deal with him. So, if he gets promoted, I guess no one will listen to him.

Anyway, If he really gets promoted, I guess I will tender. Cannot work with this person. Screw this fella... Damn it.
